Eléonore Mullier is a Partner specialized in EU regulatory law and litigation. She advises clients on regulatory compliance, litigation strategies and product defense in the field of environmental law, as well as related support on contracts and negotiations. She has over a decade of experience in the areas of chemical (biocides, REACH, classification, and labelling, PIC, POPs, etc.) and product regulations (Blue Guide, RoHS/WEEE, medical devices etc.), environmental legislation (access to environmental information, climate change, waste), and market barriers.
In the biocides area, Eléonore advises on all aspects related to getting substances and products on the market. She assists clients with issues related to active substance approvals, biocidal product authorisations including biocidal product families and same biocidal product authorisations, and related data sharing, consortium and contractual advice. She also focuses on emerging issues such as endocrine disruptors and Brexit.
Eléonore also has extensive experience representing clients before the European Court of Justice and the ECHA Board of Appeal and before both national and EU regulatory authorities (the European Chemicals Agency, the European Commission, and national enforcement authorities).
